Our preferred shipping method is via USPS.
When we receive an order with the same ship-to and bill-to addresses, we will enclose an invoice that reflects the price paid. If there is a different ship-to location, we assume it is a gift and only include a packing list (no prices) with the order. If you have other preferences, please leave instructions in the comment section of your order.
You may return anything at anytime. If the tags are still on and the garment is in new condition we would be happy to exchange your garment for a different size or image. Likewise, if you are unhappy for any reason we will refund your money entirely. While warrantee issues are exceedingly rare at Cognito Brands, Inc. we will gladly resolve any problems you might have with our garments. Return items to:
